Privacy Policy

Claude Workspace ("the app") is a private tool used only by its owner, with Google accounts the owner owns or administers. It is not offered to anyone else.

What data the app accesses

With the account holder's consent through Google's OAuth screen, the app accesses Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets data for the signed-in account, so the owner's AI assistant can search, read, draft, send and organize that data on the owner's instruction.

How data is stored

The app runs only on the owner's computer. OAuth tokens are stored locally on that computer with owner-only file permissions. The app operates no servers or databases of its own and keeps no copy of Google user data beyond what the owner's local tools need to complete a request.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or transferred to third parties, except to the AI assistant the owner uses to carry out the owner's own requests.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
